Ashley is trained in applied behavior analysis and has excelled as a behavior interventionist at Addison Behavioral Resources for children with autism ages 2 to 18. In addition, she worked in the Simi Valley Unified School District for 3 years where she was responsible for assisting and supporting students with severe disabilities in an inclusive school setting, where her duties included managing behaviors, helping students achieve IEP goals, facilitating academics, and attending crisis prevention intervention trainings. She has successfully implemented individualized behavior programs for clients both in their home, and in school and community settings. She has worked with children and adults throughout the spectrum of developmental disabilities, in community based instruction to promote life skills, social skills, and building relationships with others. She is extremely passionate about working with those with disabilities and is continuing her education by attending Cal Lutheran University for her masters program.
